The hotel had an unbeatable location next to Groenerei. The area was really quiet close to the canal from the window, including a 20 minute walk to the bus/train station and historical sites. The room itself was luxurious, nicely furnished and had essentials I needed. A fireplace, central heating, and an electronic key card were great.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met needs, recommend it. Came here for 2 nights with my wife, everything was amazing;)))

Good-sized units with the shower, great views, for instance, excellant employees. Location unbeatable, nearby a subway station.

I recently stayed at this centrally located hotel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a seating area by the window overlooking the canal. The staff on check-in were friendly and provided lots of helpful information, maps, and money-off vouchers for key attractions. The location was excellent, just steps from the main square yet in a peaceful area. Fresh towels and a bottle of water were provided daily, and the air conditioning was a welcome amenity. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Bruges.

Had 3 nights in Bruges, spent our time here lovely. There were a fireplace, central heating, and an electronic key card in the room, loved that. River view was a bonus. The staff was welcoming and polite throughout our stay. The location was great, within easy walking distance of a fabulous 13th-century belfry.

We enjoyed waking up to the romantic view of the old bridges and the Church of our Lady in the distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and money-off vouchers for key attractions. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and the air conditioning was a welcome feature during the warm temperatures. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Everything was amazing, personnel was excellent. It was a very lovely stay in the heart of Bruges. My room included a fireplace, central heating and an electronic key card. The view of the river was NICE.

It had best possible location with access to a medieval bell tower nearby.

Our weekend at this hotel was amazing! The location couldn't have been better - right at the heart of the city, with a beautiful view of the canal from our window. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the fast wifi speed was a bonus!

We experienced a few hiccups during our stay. Housekeeping entered our room early in the morning without prior notice, which was not ideal.
